There’s no doubt that vegan cupcakes are taking over the world! Chef Chloe Coscarelli took top honours in a Food Network’s Cupcake Wars with her decadent and delicious concoctions beating the egg and dairy laden competition some time ago. While more recently, Sticky Fingers became the first vegan bakers to win Food Network’s Cupcake Wars All-Stars and will be shipping their winning cupcakes across the U.S during February.
The great thing about vegan cupcakes, is that they’re really quick and easy to make as you don’t have all the hassle that goes along with beating eggs plus they have strong, rich flavours. They really are easy. And delicious. And don’t require milk and eggs.
