Peanut Butter Choc Fudge 05/30/11
Just because you're vegan, doesn't mean you can't get your chocolate fix!
This fudge could actually be called “5 Minute Fudge” because it takes 5 minutes to make, and the results are heavenly! This Fudge is TOTALLY vegan – no animals body fluids required.
It still includes sugar, which must obviously be eaten in moderation, but a vegan can still get a wonderful chocolate treat without having to use the milk intended for baby cows.
1/2 cup pure peanut butter (You can use crunchy)
3/4 carob chips
1/3 cup carob powder
1/3 cup organic cocoa powder
1/3 cup soya or rice milk (I used soya)
2 cups icing sugar
1. Chuck everything in a pot in no particular order.
2. Melt on medium heat till smooth and well combined. (Takes about 5 minutes)
3.Pour into a well greased container and then put in fridge or freezer to set.
