Who would have thought it, people across countries and cultures generally agree on how to lose weight and what constitutes healthy food.
Somehow I’m not all that surprised by the findings of this survey. When asked what’s the best way to lose weight, most respondents said they would change their diet and exercise more. What? Really? You mean they won’t buy huge quantities of lose-weight now drugs and believe they can magically drop kilograms while continuing to eat copious amounts of empty calories? That is a revelation.
That said, it is interesting to see that there are some differences between products that top respondent’s shopping lists. Click the image to view full size.
