The Environmental Working Group provides some fantastic resources. Today’s pick is their useful Shopper’s Guide to Pesticide in Produce which let’s you know which produce is more likely to be contaminated by pesticide residues and where you should invest your organic budget.

You can also download a pdf here and cut out the guide so you always have it with you.

While this is  an American-based guide, it seems likely that the same rules apply to fruit and veg across the globe.
