Superfood Trail Mix 10/11/11

A super nutritious and tasty snack that will stave off all your sugar cravings.

½ cup goji berries
½ cup cacao nibs
½ cup raisins
½ cup brazil nuts
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds

Mix all the ingredients together in a large jar.
This little combination is a tasty weight-loss snack mix. It’s super nutritious and will give your body true nourishment when you are hungry for a snack. Every time you feel the inclination to eat a sugary sweet muffin or a packet of chips, replace it with a handful or two of this superfood trail mix instead. Keep a pack in your handbag, on your desk, in your child’s lunch box and in your car.
