  • Gaia Food Market

The Gaia Food Market is the most awesome market I have ever been to. It’s dedicated to fresh plant-based food. What does that mean? Us veggies can eat EVERYTHING. Check it out on Saturday mornings from 09:00 until 14:00. You can find them in the heart of Constantia – for a map, click here.

Topic: Making & breaking habits, Guest Speaker Peter King – Wed 29th August

Rawlicious has invited Peter King, their recommended personal development coach to give a free talk on “Break Old Habits and Create New Ones” regarding changing what you eat.
He gives some simple ideas on how to do ‘mind over matter’ and how to get our mental approach to match what we put in our mouths. This could be the difference that makes the difference in changing to or keeping going with a Rawlicious way of life.

Venue: Michael Oak School, Kenilworth
To book please email info@superfoods.co.za or call 0861 000976 or complete the online form here…
Take a look at the Rawlicious site for more raw food information.

  • Bolo’bolo café and alternative bookstore at 42 Palmer Road, Muizenberg

This totally vegan restaurant has a menu that changes regularly and offers really interesting and affordable vegan feed.. This week’s specials include, among others, Spicy black bean citrus feijoada with basmati rice and on Saturday an all-day tofu scramble brunch. They hold interesting events on a regular basis.
